Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Upon landing, please retrieve any luggage and then meet your driver in baggage claim at carousel number 1. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it. If you need assistance with your luggage, kindly alert your driver.
How do I know the status of my driver?
You will receive an automated text alert when your driver is "On Route" and has "Arrived" to your home or business. Upon landing at the airport you will receive a text directly from your driver.
How do I confirm my booking?
Confirm your booking by calling and placing a credit card on file.
Where can I find the terms of service?
Every booking email comes with our complete terms of service.
